Cary and I started house shopping earlier this year, and after seeing about 15-16 homes, we finally made an offer on Tuesday. After receiving a counter-offer and firing back with a counter-counter-offer, we finally have a contract. With luck that everything else goes smoothly, we’ll be closing on June 27th.
